Remote Senior Director of Product, Growth

Role: Senior Director of Product Management, responsible for leading a strategic, cross-functional product area focused on growth, platform strategy, and portfolio integration.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning and evolving the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for internal and customer-facing products.
• Defining cohesive user experiences across platforms, translating vision into actionable plans.
• Identifying opportunities for reusable platform capabilities and leading upsell, cross-sell strategies.
• Partnering with marketing, M&A, and cross-functional teams to align efforts and accelerate value creation.
• Leading and mentoring a team of Product Managers, shaping the product culture, and ensuring delivery of impactful products.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, tracking progress, and managing risks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; 10+ years in software Product Management.

3+ years leading Product Managers; experience with AI-enabled products preferred.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.

Ability to work independently, prioritize workflows, and collaborate across teams.
