Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Platform

Role Overview:
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-native healthcare systems that incorporate LLMs, tools, and agents. The role involves designing, implementing, and operating backend and full-stack solutions, creating agentic workflows, and integrating AI safely into production. Collaboration with product and design teams is essential to translate high-level goals into technical solutions, while owning end-to-end system design, APIs, and data models to ensure security, scalability, and reliability in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-driven backend and full-stack systems with LLMs and agents.
• Build agentic workflows to solve operational problems.
• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and set standards for AI integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical solutions and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Design APIs, ensure system reliability, security, and scalability, and improve developer tooling.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in AWS, Java, and Typescript.
• Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong system design skills and ability to navigate ambiguous problems.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical teams.
