Remote Senior Paid Media Buyer (Google PPC & Meta Ads)

Role Overview:

Lead strategy and execution for paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll manage large budgets, optimize for maximum ROI, and mentor junior team members in Paid Media Buying, optimization and data analysis. 📣

Key Responsibilities:

⚫️ Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms

⚫️ Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to maximize ROAS and lead generation

⚫️ Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders

⚫️ Mentor and guide junior media buyers

⚫️ Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

⚫️ 4+ years managing Google PPC and Meta Ads campaigns, with proven results

⚫️ Experience handling significant monthly ad spend ($10k+)

⚫️ Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite)

⚫️ Excellent communication and client management abilities

⚫️ Experience in e-commerce and lead generation campaigns preferred

Work Environment & Tools

⚫️ All time tracking, task updates, and project management are handled in ClickUp as our centralised platform for everything we do for clients.

⚫️ You will receive your own dedicated Australian Internet Advertising Google Workspace account.

⚫️ Scrin (screenshot monitoring tool) must be used during all work hours for transparency and accountability.

⚫️ You are required to use your own hardware (computer/laptop) and maintain a strong, reliable internet connection.

⚫️ We will provide all necessary access and software required for you to successfully complete your role.

⚫️ Clear and timely communication is essential, as is accurate logging of hours and progress within our systems.
