Remote Senior Software Engineer – RPA

Role: RPA Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions for healthcare systems, primarily focusing on integrating clinical workflows with modern automation tools.

Responsibilities: Build end-to-end automation for EHR systems (Oracle Health, Cerner, Epic), develop browser-based automations using Python and tools like Playwright or UiPath, create reusable components, collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders, document processes, and utilize AI coding assistants daily.

Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years in automation development, proficiency in Python and automation frameworks, experience with UiPath, REST API, SQL, and command-line environments. Preferred: healthcare industry experience, knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare data standards, AWS, and AI workflows.

Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving, independent working style, clear communication, and comfort with AI-assisted development. Ownership of automation lifecycle from discovery to production is essential.
