About the role

As a member of the Effective People team, you will support and lead the implementation of SmartRecruiters solutions for our international clients. You will work closely with customers to understand their recruitment processes, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.

We are looking for a candidate with hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation experience and a valid SmartRecruiters certification. Alternatively, candidates with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting may be considered, provided they also hold a valid SmartRecruiters certification and have practical experience working with the platform.

The role combines functional consulting, client collaboration, and technical configuration in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing and go-live.

• Advise customers on recruitment processes, industry best practices and solution capabilities.

• Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, document processes, and validate proposed solutions.

• Configure SmartRecruiters solutions according to customer needs and established implementation methodologies.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, other Implementation Consultants and customer teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

• Explain functional and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support integrations with third-party tools, such as assessment platforms, background screening providers, and other HR systems.

• Deliver training and support to customer administrators and super-users.

• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting implementations where relevant.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing SmartRecruiters, ideally across the full implementation lifecycle.

• SmartRecruiters certification and practical experience working with the platform.

• Alternatively, a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK), combined with SmartRecruiters certification and some practical SmartRecruiters experience.

• Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end implementations, including workshops, requirements gathering and hands-on configuration.

• Understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.

• Experience with third-party integrations is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, customer-oriented approach.
