Remote Solutions Architect – Digital Natives

Role Overview:

The Solutions Architect is responsible for guiding customers in deploying Generative AI applications, acting as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor. They collaborate with senior leaders to develop AI strategies, identify high-value use cases, and oversee solutions from prototype to production using OpenAI API and related services. The role involves designing enterprise architectures, experimenting with solutions, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embed with sophisticated customers to ideate and build AI applications.
• Provide proactive guidance to maximize business impact and accelerate value realization.
• Prototype solutions and manage customer relationships for successful deployment.
• Contribute to open-source resources and share best practices.
• Deliver feedback to product, engineering, and research teams to inform development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience building prototypes on API platforms.
• Leadership in complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer value using AI APIs.
• Strong problem ownership, adaptability, and empathy.
• Comfort operating in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
