Opportunity: A 3-Month Performance-Based Probation
We are looking for active, ambitious, business-minded leaders who can generate business, achieve targets, create opportunities, develop ideas and deliver measurable results.
Strict Conditions:
- Commission-based compensation only during the 3-month probation. No fixed salary.
- Flexible working hours. You manage your own agenda, schedule and working methods.
- Work from anywhere in the world: home, travelling or abroad.
- Your performance, business generation and achieved targets are what matter.
- Diplomas, certificates and titles do not replace real performance.
Your Opportunity:
The three-month probation is your gateway to becoming a permanent member of the International Council team.
You will receive a questionnaire and, upon successful evaluation, a probationary appointment.
You either deliver results or you do not pass.
No excuses, assumptions, allegations or expectations without performance. If you achieve the targets, you qualify for permanent appointment. If you fail to achieve them, your appointment ends.
