At Cape Air, every flight depends on having the right parts in the right place at the right time. As a Remote Storeroom Coordinator, you'll play a critical role supporting our aircraft maintenance operation and helping ensure the safe and reliable performance of our fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Manage inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Receive, ship, store, and track aircraft parts, materials, and tooling.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and materials teams.
- Support maintenance operations by ensuring material availability.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain an organized, secure, and audit-ready storeroom.
- Coordinate tooling repair and calibration activities.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and hazardous materials requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer and inventory management skills.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical activities associated with warehouse operations.
