This position offers a competitive salary range of $33 - $39 per hour, along with opportunities for professional development in a growing industry. Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates using various platforms and techniques Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process Develop job descriptions and post job openings Create and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future openings Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs Manage candidate communication and maintain positive candidate experiences Assist in the onboarding process for new hires Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive attitude and a passion for talent acquisition Willingness to learn and grow in the security industry
