🌍 Remote | 💰 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time. The role requires 3–4 hours of overlap with UK business hours (9am–5pm UK time), with extra hours expected during our busy periods in March, April, June, and September.

We serve thousands of U.S. expat clients each year, providing a steady volume of tax preparation work within an established and highly rated firm.

This is a long-term full-time salaried opportunity for tax professionals looking to grow within a stable remote team environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and file U.S. expatriate tax returns for Americans living abroad

• Ensure compliance with U.S. tax laws and international tax regulations

• Identify tax-saving opportunities for clients

• Communicate with clients regarding tax documentation and filings

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filings

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service

Requirements

• Active U.S. CPA, EA, or JD

• 5+ years of U.S. expatriate tax experience OR strong general U.S. tax experience with willingness to learn expat taxation

• Strong English communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation

💰 Base Salary: starting from $2,000/month 💸 Performance Bonus: typically ranges from $1,000–$3,000+/month based on productivity and performance
