Job Description
e Data Services US, L. L. C. is seeking an experienced Remote Telehealth Registered Nurse to support the ALW/CCT programs on a telehealth basis.
The RN will perform assessments, reassessments, and monthly monitoring visits via telephone or audio-video platforms, documenting findings promptly and coordinating with families, facilities, and care teams. The role requires strong clinical judgment, independent work capability, and adherence to HIPAA and program guidelines.
