As a Travel Client Success Specialist, you will work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel preferences, recommend vacation options, coordinate reservations, and provide ongoing support before, during, and after the booking process. You will play an important role in delivering exceptional client experiences while maintaining accurate records and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Camirand Travels. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering personalized service. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget. Research and recommend travel solutions including cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, tours, and other travel experiences. Coordinate reservations and assist clients throughout the planning and booking process. Maintain accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and virtual communication platforms. Conduct follow-up communications to promote client satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Support business growth through networking, relationship building, referrals, and social media engagement. Stay informed on travel destinations, supplier promotions, industry updates, and travel trends. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Customer service, hospitality, travel, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable learning new technology and web-based systems.
