Remote - Triage RN On-Call

Position Description:
Hospice is a 24/7 service, and so are we. We know emergencies don’t clock out at 5 p.m., which is why we’re looking for a Remote Triage On Call RN to step in when patients need you most. Someone who can bring comfort, confidence, and clinical expertise to patients and caregivers from the comfort of home.

This fully remote, 7-on 7-off position is perfect for an RN who enjoys using their clinical judgment, providing compassionate guidance, and helping patients and families navigate the challenges of hospice care. You'll be responsible for answering after-hours calls, assessing patient symptoms over the phone, providing appropriate clinical guidance, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and determining when an in-person visit is necessary.

Position Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
  
• Excellent communication and patient/family education skills
• Comfortable working independently and making clinically sound decisions
• Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet workspace
• Hospice experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most
