Remote Vacation Planner & Specialist

This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning! Job Type: Remote Full-time, Part-time What are we searching for? We are searching for that individual who can give excellent customer service. Someone with great people skills, who will be effective in talking to our vendors and clients. Must have a computer with internet access. Someone who loves to travel, who knows what to look for in a vacation package. Someone who will listen to every detail of what the client wants. Must be at least 18 years of age. *No experience necessary- Training is provided!* Responsibilities: Travel Planning for destination weddings, sports teams, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, work trips, and more! As a Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components including, air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets, and any other travel needs necessary for corporate and leisure travelers. Attend webinar training for future travels coordination and planning with various vendors and suppliers. Advise clients on required travel documents such as passports or visas. Provide information on destinations such as local culture, customs, weather, attractions, and any pre-trip preparations that may be recommended for the particular country or region. Meet with clients to determine their preferences for travel destinations and accommodations. Advise clients on various options for transportation and lodging. Talk with our vendors on behalf of our clients Gather necessary information from clients to booking their vacations Keep vital recorders on file. Develop relationships and trust with clients.
