Remote Web UI UX Designer

This is a fully remote position made for creative professionals passionate about crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. As a Web UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing internal and client web projects, raising the standard of usability and modern design thinking across our organization. Responsibilities Design clean, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers Create wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas Improve the user experience of existing products through data-driven iterations and usability testing Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and optimal performance across browsers and devices Work closely with front-end developers for seamless implementation Present design concepts and updates clearly to clients and cross-functional teams Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX, web, and interaction design trends Contribute to agile sprints and team planning sessions Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX/Web Designer Strong online portfolio demonstrating relevant user interface and experience design Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and how design translates to code Knowledge of accessibility and mobile-first, responsive design best practices Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Experience with prototyping or animation tools is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary DOE ranging from USD550 - USD1000 (PHP 31.000 - 60.000) Paid time off, including flexible holidays and sick leaves Opportunities for professional growth, certifications, and upskilling Supportive and collaborative remote work culture Application Process We review submissions within 2 weeks and will follow up with qualified candidates for an initial video interview, portfolio review, and a quick design challenge.
