Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives
. In this fully remote position, you'll meet with clients virtually, provide exceptional customer service, explain benefit options, and help working families make informed decisions to protect their financial future.
Whether you're beginning your career or looking for a new opportunity, we'll provide the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed.
No previous insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.
What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
Provide exceptional customer service and client support.
Answer questions and explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing virtual training.
