Discover life-giving possibilities
Lifeblood is more than just a job or a career, it’s an opportunity to be part of something that matters. As an organisation, our purpose is simple: to give life. Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.
About the role
We’re looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Analyst to join our People & Culture team and play an important role in delivering remuneration, job evaluation and employee benefits programs across Lifeblood.
This is a hands-on analytical role with plenty of variety. You’ll work across job evaluation, remuneration reviews, market benchmarking, reporting and analysis, benefits and reward process improvement, partnering with stakeholders across P&C and the broader organisation.
What you’ll do
- Deliver job evaluations using the Korn Ferry methodology, providing clear analysis and recommendations.
- Support annual remuneration reviews, incentive programs and other cyclical reward processes.
- Analyse remuneration data, internal relativities and market benchmarks to generate meaningful insights.
- Prepare remuneration modelling, reporting, salary survey submissions and scenario analysis.
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs.
- Maintain accurate remuneration data, tools and governance while identifying opportunities to simplify, automate and improve the way we work.
- Partner with P&C, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, leaders and external providers to deliver practical and timely reward outcomes.
You’ll be an analytical thinker who enjoys working with data but can also translate the numbers into clear, practical advice.
Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in remuneration analysis, reward or people analytics for a mid to large size organisation.
- Strong numerical and analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, ideally Korn Ferry.
- Experience supporting annual remuneration reviews or other cyclical HR processes.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when handling sensitive remuneration and employee information.
- The ability to work independently, build effective relationships and communicate complex information simply.
- A curiosity for improving processes, tools and ways of working. Spending time deep in excel spreadsheets modelling and figuring things out motivates you.
- Experience with salary surveys, Enterprise Agreement remuneration, employee benefits or using AI to improve analysis and efficiency would be highly regarded.
Lifeblood is proud to accommodate flexible working, and this role offers flexibility on how you work the required hours across the week.
