It’s all possible with a role at Esko. Esko, a Veralto company, is a global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions that accelerate the go-to-market process of packaged goods. Our integrated platform and comprehensive tools empower retailers, pre-media and trade shops, manufacturers, and converters to manage best-in-class packaging design and print processes.

Reporting to the Team Leader EMEA Renewals, the Renewal Operations Specialist is responsible for keeping Esko’s recurring software and hardware business in Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa running smoothly. You will make sure every service contract managed through our reseller network is prepared accurately and renewed on time, and you will be the go-to contact for our partners on everything related to renewals. This is a fully remote role and can be based in Spain, Italy, Czech Republic or Portugal.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
- Preparing service contract renewal proposals for software and hardware, using existing contract data and following a well-defined process.
- Acting as the main point of contact for resellers across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa on renewal pricing, contract status and order processing.
- Anticipating upcoming renewals and moving each one through the required internal and partner steps to make sure no contract lapses.
- Coordinating contract amendments, co-terming requests and subscription adjustments with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
- Preparing and validating pricing calculations and quotations, including perpetual-to-subscription conversions.
- Keeping renewal opportunities accurate and up to date in Salesforce, using our new quoting and ordering tools.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, sales support, order management, contract administration or customer service role in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Experience working with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Contract renewals, service contracts or subscriptions, ideally working with resellers or channel partners.
- French language skills.
