Account Management: Conduct account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction before renewals and address issues with internal teams. Pipeline Validation: Qualify and validate the renewal pipeline in SFDC for accurate forecasting. Quote Development: Efficiently create and manage customer quotes using the Renewal Quoting tool. Quota Achievement: Achieve bookings quotas and retention targets through proactive customer engagement. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about Check Point solutions and competitive positioning to convey value to customers. Over 2 years of experience in Renewals or Sales with a solid understanding of renewal processes. Proven success in meeting quotas and renewal metrics. Proficient in forecasting, MS Office, and familiar with SFDC (Clari and Exceed a plus). Highly collaborative, adaptable, organized, and a strong team player. Fluent in English, & Portuguese
