Join Belfore Property Services

Belfore is a growing UK property services company specialising in professional property inventories, check-ins, check-outs and inspections.

We’re building a modern, technology-driven property services business with ambitious plans for growth — and we’re looking for an Inventory Report Quality Controller to join our remote team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves detail, enjoys working independently and wants a professional remote role where their work genuinely matters.

We take quality seriously, but we also want Belfore to be a friendly, enjoyable and supportive place to work. You’ll be joining an ambitious team where good ideas are welcomed, people are trusted with responsibility and there is plenty of opportunity to develop as the company grows.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be one of the final quality-control points before our property reports are sent to clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing inventory, check-in, checkout and midterm reports.
  • Comparing reports against property photographs and inspection evidence.
  • Correcting errors, inconsistencies and missing information.
  • Ensuring every report meets Belfore’s quality standards before release.
  • Reviewing checkout reports and identifying changes, damage, cleanliness differences and missing items.
  • Communicating with field inspectors when information needs clarification.
  • Monitoring report turnaround times and helping us meet our client SLAs.
  • Recording recurring errors and providing constructive feedback to our inspection team.

The existing role is specifically responsible for reviewing reports against images, applying Belfore’s training criteria and resolving missing or unclear information with the wider team. Desk Clerk - JOB DESCRIPTION

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading and communication skills.
  • The ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • Confidence working independently.
  • A professional but friendly communication style.
  • Comfortable computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
  • An interest in property or experience within property, inspections, quality assurance or administration.

Previous property inventory experience would be an advantage, but we’re equally interested in people with the right attention to detail, judgement and attitude.

Working Remotely

This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a UK-based company.

You’ll need:

  • A professional and quiet home-working environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • A laptop or desktop computer.
  • Two connected computer screens (minimum).
  • A mobile phone for team communication.

Two screens and a reliable remote-working setup are already core requirements of the position because the role involves comparing reports and photographic evidence simultaneously.

Working hours

9:00am–6:00pm UK time

The role operates on a rota, and you will be required to work every other weekend. Your scheduled days off will be arranged around the rota.

Why Join Belfore?

You won’t simply be processing documents.

Your work directly affects the quality of the service our clients receive and helps us maintain the high reporting standards our business is built around.

You’ll join a company that is growing, improving its technology and building stronger systems for the future. As Belfore grows, there will be opportunities for strong performers to develop, take on greater responsibility and grow with the business.

If you enjoy detail, take pride in producing excellent work and want a stable, professional remote role with a friendly and ambitious company, we’d love to hear from you.
