Role Description The Digital Transformation Specialist / Digital Transformation Manager / Transformation Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and executing digital initiatives across the organization. In this position, the professional will assess current processes, identify opportunities for digital improvement, and design strategies that enhance efficiency, data integration, and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining digital roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines and resources, and aligning stakeholders around transformation goals. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, optimizing digital workflows, and ensuring that tools and platforms are adopted effectively by teams. This professional will also collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage change, and support continuous innovation in geospatial and mineral intelligence solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, evaluate processes, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, present transformation plans, and facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Expertise in digital strategy, including defining roadmaps, selecting digital tools, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing to support awareness and adoption of new digital solutions internally and externally.
• Experience with geospatial data, mineral intelligence, or related domains is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and cloud-based solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage remote collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, or operational optimization roles is an advantage.
