About the role The Reporting Analyst Assistant provides the data foundation necessary for our principals to advise clients on complex governance and strategy. This position is essential for maintaining the clarity and accuracy of our reporting outputs for a major investment partner. By organizing information and identifying trends, you help the firm form a rigorous view on portfolio health.
About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. We avoid the heavy methodology decks and large associate teams common in the industry. Instead, we take on a limited number of mandates to ensure every client receives direct attention from the principals who are accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups and government entities. We operate as a fully remote firm, prioritizing the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead.

Assist in drafting clear and concise reports that summarize the performance of a major investment portfolio.

Genuine curiosity about how holding companies and large investments operate.
A disciplined approach to working independently in a fully remote environment.
High attention to detail when formatting reports and presentation materials.
Recent background in finance, economics, or a related analytical field of study.
How we work We believe that clarity of thought is more important than the number of hours spent at a desk. Our firm operates entirely remotely, which allows us to hire individuals based on their ability to think and write clearly rather than their proximity to a specific city. While we work independently, we maintain a high level of communication through structured updates and direct mentoring from our principals. We focus on results and the defense of our views. This means you will see how your analysis directly affects the decisions made by leaders of major organizations. Our approach to governance is sober and professional, valuing honesty over aggressive growth.
