You will join the OneMIS team, a global organization driving the transformation of Deutsche Bank Private Bank’s management reporting and analytics landscape. OneMIS is the strategic MIS platform that delivers trusted data, standardized KPIs, and modern reporting capabilities, helping business users make informed decisions while replacing legacy reporting solutions with a scalable cloud-based architecture.

Role Summary

The OneMIS Solution Architect is responsible for shaping the architecture of Deutsche Bank's strategic MIS platform, ensuring that trusted management information is delivered through modern cloud technologies, governed data products, scalable reporting, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Your Profile

You are an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Data & Analytics, Reporting, and Cloud Data Platforms. You can communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and drive architecture decisions in a complex enterprise environment.

You have experience designing enterprise reporting and analytical platforms and are motivated to contribute to the evolution of OneMIS, Deutsche Bank's strategic Management Information System built on OneDP and Google Cloud technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• Architect and design data, software, or technology solutions by studying information needs; collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Work through all stages of a data solution lifecycle, e.g., analyze / profile data, create conceptual, logical and physical data model designs, architect and design ETL, reporting and analytics.

• Architect cloud-native data and reporting solutions leveraging Google Cloud technologies and modern analytics platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and reporting teams to define roadmaps, standards, and best practices.
• Support migration from legacy reporting platforms to strategic solutions and contribute to platform modernization initiatives
• Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and mentoring to delivery teams.

Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Platform solutions.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture, or Technical Leadership roles.
• Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting and analytical platforms.
• Expert knowledge of data modelling (dimensional and relational).
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.

Technical Skills

Data Architecture

• Enterprise Data Warehousing, Data Platforms, Data Modelling, Data Governance, Metadata Management, KPI & Data Product Design

Cloud Architecture

• Google Cloud Platform (preferred), BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Orchestration, Cloud-Native Analytics Services

Reporting & Analytics

• Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense (experience with at least one), Self-Service Analytics, Dashboarding, Data Marts

Governance & Security

• RBAC, Entitlements, Data Security, Auditability, Compliance Controls
