Reporting & Data Manager

Overview

QuinnBet is an online Sportsbook and Casino operator in the UK and Ireland, with a growing team across both markets.

We are looking for an experienced Reporting & Data Manager to lead our Reporting & Data function. This is a hands-on management role combining technical expertise, analytical thinking and people leadership.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the reporting function, manage and develop a small team, and work closely with the Managing Director, CEO and other stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, approachable and comfortable taking responsibility. Strong technical skills are essential, but equally important is the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and work independently.

This role requires working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, with four days in the Gibraltar office and one day of remote working.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Reporting & Data function, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of business reporting.
• Manage, support and develop the reporting team.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models using Tableau and SQL.
• Work closely with senior management to understand business requirements, analyse performance and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee daily, weekly and monthly management reporting across sportsbook, casino and other business areas.
• Support regulatory, Responsible Gambling and AML reporting requirements for the UK and Irish markets.
• Maintain data quality and investigate reporting discrepancies and technical issues.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and external providers to support data integration, platform migrations and reporting improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage competing priorities and take ownership of projects from requirements gathering through to delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills, including experience working with complex queries and large datasets.
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Good understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and data quality.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and manage competing priorities.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in the online gambling, sportsbook or casino industry.
• Previous team management or leadership experience.
• Experience with Tableau Prep and AWS environments.
• Understanding of regulatory, Responsible Gambling or AML reporting.
