With a focus on organizing and analyzing data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives across teams, departments, and the company, this role may use modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyze data. Responsibilities Performs quality assessments on data elements and structures to document and evaluate integrity, completeness, quality, and appropriateness of formats, records, and structures. Performs regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations of data activity and integrity; prepares reports and summaries of findings. Configures, operates, and develops manual and/or automated methods, processes, and procedures to test output or input based on data compliance, quality and use requirements as established. Writes queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects. Aggregates and performs statistical analysis on business data based on requests from project teams or senior leadership. Interprets data to identify business trends and conducts root cause analysis of business problems. Integrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed. Provides guidance to teammates in areas of uncertainty and on requests of higher complexity, encouraging further training and knowledge growth. Uses manual and/or automated methods and procedures to test output as established. Automates processes, when applicable. Updates guidelines and documentation of test development processes, procedures, and/or standards. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required. Requires 2+ years of related experience. Foundational industry knowledge with the ability to gain a solid understanding of cross-functional technical aspects of systems supported for multiple clients and internal business processes. Strong English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate clearly using excellent grammatical, spelling, and proofreading skills. Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with broader teams and leaders. Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and summarize findings. Excel skills with the ability to utilize and/or learn additional industry tools (e.g., RPA, Python, SQL, Power Queries etc.). What we offer Life requires balance.
