Como SDR, você será responsável por encantar nossos leads, demonstrando como nossa plataforma pode transformar seus negócios e gerar um retorno sobre o investimento significativo. Você será responsável por prospectar e engajar o lead, qualificando profundamente, identificando suas necessidades e dores específicas para apresentar a solução mais adequada e agendar reuniões qualificadas para o executivo de vendas. Além disso, você será responsável por construir relacionamentos de longo prazo com os clientes, garantindo sua satisfação e fidelização. O QUE VOCÊ FARÁ: • Desenvolverá estratégias com a equipe para prospectar leads; • Mapeia as oportunidades para a equipe de vendas; • Recebe e organiza os leads do nosso banco de dados; • Pesquisa e investiga as características dos leads; • Prepara um roteiro para o primeiro contato; • Prospecta, encanta e qualifica o lead, identificando e apresentando soluções para suas necessidades; • Realizar a primeira interação com leads qualificados, através de ligações, e-mails e mensagens de whatsapp; • Qualificar leads de acordo com critérios pré-definidos, utilizando ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing; • Agendar reuniões estratégicas entre os leads qualificados e os executivos de vendas; • Mantém o engajamento com o lead até a realização da reunião com o representante de vendas; • Manter um registro detalhado das interações com os leads no CRM; • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de vendas. O QUE VOCÊ PRECISA: • Experiência anterior de 1 a 2 anos trabalhando como SDR/BDR ou em áreas relacionadas a vendas. • Escuta ativa, habilidades de comunicação diferenciadas e resiliência. • Conhecimento em vendas internas. • Conhecimento em Spin Selling, Bant, prospecção ativa. • Habilidades para entender a necessidade e implicar, fazendo perguntas inteligentes e assertivas. • Capacidade de contornar e lidar com objeções. • Experiência em abordagens persuasivas por telefone e WhatsApp . • Experiência em fazer apresentações comerciais por telefone e WhatsApp • Inside Sales, Vendas, Comunicação, Gestão, Marketing/Educação Digital.
