Representative, Customer Service I

Responsabilidades e Atribuições

• Atender e suportar nossos parceiros de negócios com dúvidas, solicitações ou reclamações sobre os processos vendas na TD SYNNEX Brasil e de nossos fornecedores designados (plataforma de chamados JIRA, Teams e e-mail);
• Responder a chamados, agilizar ordens críticas, comunicar disposições, pesquisar e resolver problemas sobre ordens de faturamento ou contratos;
• Garantir a precisão e a execução do atendimento dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, apoiando a equipe a manter e melhorar os SLAs definidos, mas priorizando sempre a qualidade do atendimento e a resolução do tema trazido pelo cliente, com clareza e empatia;
• Documentar todos os processos de acordo com a equipe off-shore;
• O trabalho é realizado sob supervisão e recebe instruções detalhadas para executar tarefas.
• Seguir as prioridades fornecidas para a execução do trabalho;
• Gerenciar a comunicação constante e eficaz com clientes internos e externos da TD SYNNEX;

Requisitos e Qualificações

• Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Empresarial, Gestão de TI ou áreas correlatas.
• Obrigatório experiência em Excel intermediário-avançado;
• Experiência em canais de TI, de preferência em distribuidores ou fornecedores de software, é um diferencial.
