Watkins Wellness is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience team!

DISCOVER

If you enjoy helping customers find the right solution, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, this could be the opportunity for you. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for our dealer network across the U.S. and Canada, supporting incoming inquiries, processing orders, coordinating custom projects, and helping deliver a seamless experience from quote to completion. You'll partner closely with dealers, regional sales managers, production planning, accounting, and technical support teams to ensure customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and solutions that meet their needs.

This is not a traditional outbound sales role. Rather than cold calling or prospecting, you'll primarily support inbound dealer communications through phone and email, helping answer product questions, provide project guidance, create custom quotes, and manage orders.

Success in this role comes from taking ownership, staying organized, and paying close attention to detail. We're looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities independently, review requests for accuracy, align customer expectations with our capabilities, and help ensure the final product meets the customer's needs. Whether you bring several years of experience or are earlier in your career with the right attitude and aptitude to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you enjoy helping customers find the right solution? Support dealers by answering questions, providing product information, availability updates, and lead-time estimates while delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Can you turn customer needs into actionable solutions? Assist with custom room design projects, prepare custom quotes, and help qualify new projects from inquiry through completion.
  • Are you energized by managing details and keeping work moving? Process and manage incoming dealer orders while ensuring requests are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes.
  • Do you communicate confidently through both phone and email? Handle inbound dealer communications, respond to inquiries, and provide professional written and verbal support throughout the sales process.
  • Do you take ownership of customer requests from start to finish? Review project details, help ensure customer expectations align with company capabilities, and support quality assurance throughout the order and quoting process.
  • Are you skilled at connecting people and information? Act as a liaison between dealers and internal teams including sales, accounting, production planning, and technical support to keep projects moving forward.
  • Do you enjoy solving problems and finding answers? Investigate concerns, coordinate with internal departments, and help identify solutions that support both customer satisfaction and operational success.
  • Can you stay organized while managing multiple priorities? Balance a steady flow of emails, phone calls, quotes, custom projects, and order activity while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred.3-5 years of customer service, administrative, inside sales support, or related experience preferred, though candidates with less experience and a strong aptitude for learning are encouraged to apply.Strong written communication skills, including the ability to professionally communicate through email and proofread work for accuracy.

  • ERP system experience is helpful. Salesforce experience or the ability to learn new systems quickly is a plus.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, products, and systems.

We look for candidates that exhibit The Watkins Way (always Ethical, endeavors to be Transparent, embraces Inclusion, welcomes Diverse backgrounds and perspectives, Accommodating, believes in Work-Life Balance, puts Safety First, Accountable, values Relationships, Passionate, Team Player, and Goal Driven).
