Responsibilities : Manage the online reputation ecosystem across social platforms and review sites (Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, Reddit, Google). Monitor and analyze brands sentiment , recurring user topics, and search visibility to generate actionable insight reports. Engage with customers and online comments/reviews in a timely, professional manner to maintain a consistent brand tone. Develop and experiment with strategies to improve positive ratings, visibility, and overall platform activity. Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and stability of all digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams to address systemic feedback and improve the user experience. Requirements : Experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) , social media management, or user-facing community roles. Strong technical literacy , including an understanding of IT systems and basic SEO principles. Proficiency with monitoring and automation tools , such as review platform dashboards and email/automation software. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice across various public channels.
