Job Description: Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions, including Communications Cloud, EPC, CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management within telecom environments.
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Contract Duration: 6-12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) applications and components.
• Configure and support Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Digital Commerce, and Order Management solutions.
• Build and enhance OmniStudio components, including:
  • OmniScripts
  • FlexCards
  • DataRaptors
  • Integration Procedures
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom Salesforce functionality.
• Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Support unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile development activities and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Support application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Core Qualifications

• 6-8 years of overall experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
• Expertise in:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL
  • Salesforce Configuration
• Strong experience with OmniStudio development, including:
  • OmniScripts
  • FlexCards
  • DataRaptors
  • Integration Procedures
• Experience with:
  • Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
  • CPQ
  • Digital Commerce
  • Order Management
• Strong understanding of telecommunications CPQ and Order Management processes.
• Experience designing and implementing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with Git, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
• Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Certification.
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs.
• Understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce Communications Cloud implementations.
