Requirements and Procurement Lead (Contract)

*This position is contingent upon contract award.
Award is anticipated in early 2027, with work beginning shortly after.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with business teams
• Document functional, technical, integration, security, reporting and service requirements
• Map business processes and identify those to improve before new technology is purchased
• Write RFPs, bid specifications, vendor questions, scoring tools and evaluation frameworks
• Coordinate vendor demonstrations and evaluate responses, implementation plans and pricing
• Review vendor contracts and statements of work for scope, deliverables, service levels and implementation risk

Required expertise

• 5+ years in business analysis, requirements management or technology procurement
• Has written at least two technology RFPs, bid specifications or system selection documents
• Has built vendor scoring tools or evaluation frameworks and run vendor demonstrations
• Has facilitated requirements sessions with non-technical staff
• Has reviewed vendor contracts or statements of work for scope and deliverables
• Experience with associations, nonprofits, higher education or public-sector organizations

Preferred qualifications

• CBAP or CCBA certification
• Experience selecting AMS, LMS, CMS or e-commerce platforms
• Business process mapping experience (BPMN or similar)
