Business Analyst – Business Engineering/Analysis/AML & KYC/Process Analysis/UAT

Project:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a project in the banking sector. The role will focus on analysing business processes, deriving business requirements and defining test cases for User Acceptance Tests (UAT).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analysing existing business processes in the banking sector, identifying problems and areas for optimisation.
• Gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements based on identified process issues.
• Technical analysis of issues relating to AML/KYC, deposit protection, TmeR/GmeR or related regulatory topics.
• Defining and documenting test cases for user acceptance tests to verify the business requirements.
• Coordinating requirements and test cases with the relevant business departments and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience as a Business Engineer or Business Analyst in the banking sector.

• Extensive experience in AML, KYC, deposit protection, TmeR or GmeR, or similar areas.

• Experience in analysing business processes and deriving requirements.

• Experience in defining test cases for User Acceptance Tests (UAT)

Languages:

• Business-fluent German (C1 / C2 level)

• English at B2 level would be desirable
