Psychometric Testing Integration: Ideally, you will have an interest or background in psychology, as you will play a key role in integrating psychometric testing into our recruitment process. Your understanding of human behaviour and personality will be crucial in this area. Leadership Development: With a clear path to becoming a Team Leader, you will receive extensive training and mentorship. You will gradually take on more responsibility, leading projects and eventually a team. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Ideally have a first-class university degree, preferably in psychology, human resources, or a related field. Strong A-levels are also essential.
