Research Analyst- Life Sciences & Healthcare, Hiring Location-Bangalore,India

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Research Analyst to support global Primary Market Research (PMR) and Healthcare Research operations. In this role, you will manage key components of primary market research projects, including study design, survey programming oversight, qualitative research support, advanced analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field.

· 2+ years of experience in Primary Market Research, Healthcare Research, or Market Insights, including experience managing research projects.

· Skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods.

· Experience in panel building and respondent recruitment.

· Project management skills, including coordinating timelines and deliverables.

· Clear, effective stakeholder communication skills.

· Problem-solving skills and a strong focus on research quality.

· Familiarity with AI and automation tools used in research operations.

What will you be doing in this role?

· Lead the execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects from initiation through delivery.

· Design and review questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research materials.

· Oversee survey testing, monitor fieldwork progress, and maintain quality control.

· Support panel-building initiatives and respondent recruitment strategies.

· Use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve questionnaire design, survey programming, data validation, open-ended response coding, reporting, and operational workflows.

· Identify opportunities to adopt innovative research technologies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

· Manage project timelines and risks, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the research lifecycle.

· Ensure all research activities meet applicable compliance, privacy, and quality standards.

Hours of Work:

Work mode: Hybrid, Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 6:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
Location: Bangalore.
