Research Associate / Market Research Analyst

Role Description This part-time remote role for a Research Associate / Market Research Analyst supports data-driven decision-making in the Austin real estate market and related lifestyle trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting and analyzing market data, monitoring pricing trends, and evaluating economic and regulatory factors that influence local real estate. The role involves preparing concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to leadership and client-facing teams. The Research Associate / Market Research Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify research needs, validate assumptions, and recommend strategies that align with client objectives and DEN Properties’ positioning.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Market Analysis skills to gather, interpret, and synthesize real estate and economic data.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to identify trends, draw meaningful insights, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Presentation skills to translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives.
• Familiarity with real estate markets, particularly residential or lifestyle-focused properties, is beneficial.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Relevant education in Economics, Business, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous, or equivalent practical experience.
