Access unlimited LinkedIn Learning courses and invest in your personal and professional development About the role We’re looking for a n i nsights Analyst to join our Research, Analytics & Data Science team on a fixed ‑ term basis, covering a period of parental leave. This role is primarily focused on the delivery of established brand, advertising and commercial insight programs that support marketing and business decision-making across the organisation. You’l l work closely with our Research lead and Commercial Insights Business Partner to ensure key insight programs run smoothly, deliver meaningful results and continue to provide value to stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their career to step into an ownership role, run established programs end ‑ to ‑ end with clear support and direction, and gain exposure across marketing, brand and product in a large, fast ‑ paced organisation. Key responsibilities Ad & Brand Tracking Own the day-to-day running and reporting of our advertising and brand tracking programs Manage agency relationships, timelines and deliverables Interpret results and translate findings into clear, practical insights for stakeholders Identify trends and opportunities, helping stakeholders understand our brand and advertising performance and their impact on our business Ensure tracking programs continue to deliver high-quality, actionable insights to the business Research Program Support Support a range of research programs including product innovation, customer and sensory research projects as required Coordinate project inputs, agency briefings and results delivery for ad-hoc research initiatives Assist with survey design, questionnaire development, scripting, data analysis and reporting Own smaller-scale customer research projects from design through to presentation of findings Support ongoing management of research budgets, timelines and project administration Stakeholder & Program Support Work closely with marketing, brand, food and our commercial teams to understand business questions and insight needs Ensure insight programs run smoothly, on schedule and to agreed standards Contribute to presentations, dashboards and written summaries for stakeholders Help translate data into straightforward, actionable recommendations that support decision making ​ What we’re looking for 3+ years’ experience in an insights, research or analytics role (agency or client ‑ side) Experience working with tracking studies (brand, advertising or similar) preferred Exposure to survey design and quantitative analysis Comfortable working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage recurring programs reliably At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
