Research Executive - INN

THIS OPPORTUNITY The Research Executive role is ideal for curious individuals looking for their first step into a career in Market Research. Our graduates will be encouraged to take responsibility from the outset, you will gain exposure to a variety of services lines, whilst working alongside industry experts. You'll work across quantitative projects, assisting in end-to-end research project life cycle: Contributing to taking client briefs, developing research design, timelines and costings Assist in developing questionnaires and discussion guides Assisting with project management, including liaising with other researchers, operational team members, clients and external stakeholders as required to scope, implement and communicate the research Data analysis and visualisation of key research data Contribute to writing and delivering insights and recommendations to clients in engaging, meaningful, and creative reporting Project setup and data validation, checks and managing quality control Undertake professional development training YOUR PROFILE We are looking for professionals with a natural curiosity about the world we live in and human behaviours, with a passion and flair for adding value. To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification, and demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and preferably SPSS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Good organisational skills, project management and results orientation.
