Role Description

The Research Intern role is a volunteer position designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in early-stage research and innovation. Main responsibilities include conducting industry research, gathering and organizing data, assisting in the design and testing of prototypes or concepts, and preparing brief reports or presentation materials. The intern may help document findings, support project coordination tasks, and participate in team discussions to refine ideas and identify potential applications. The position is ideal for learners who are curious, systematic, and eager to contribute to early stage ventures.

This is a volunteer role for a Research Intern at LUTECH LABS, with hybrid on-site and remote work to support flexible engagement. The Intern will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to market research, social media, communication, and marketing strategy that integrates AI in the workflow.

• Strong interest in innovation, technology, or entrepreneurship, with the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to real-world problems.
• AI-empowered research and analytical abilities, including comfort with literature reviews, data collection, and basic data interpretation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, preparing summaries, and collaborating with team members.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a hybrid work setting.
• Passion in AI tools; familiarity with basic data or research tools is an advantage.
