Research Manager - Expression of Interest

Overview The Harris Poll is seeking expressions of interest for Research Managers to join us. We are looking people that enjoy creating high-impact work that solves client challenges. Primary day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around managing many different types of research engagements, including qualitative and quantitative, global and US-based, for big clients and small clients. You will manage the end-to-end research projects (with Director partnership and oversight) from designing the research instrument to the first pass of data analysis and creating reports that are visually appealing and answer the client’s business questions. Strong experience with brand tracking is required and ideally you will have previous experience in the tech space. Responsibilities Act as the primary point person for client interactions on most engagements, which may involve daily touchpoints or less regular interactions Bring strong analytic, communication, and visual design skills to bear in creating reports and presenting results to clients and stakeholders Execute all aspects of the research process with excellence, managing to schedule and budget, writing proposals, designing studies, hypothesizing and analytic planning, synthesizing data and analytics, creating insights and narratives that drive actionable recommendations, and presenting results to client teams Proactively support client research needs and goals, contribute innovative ideas and relevant solutions that exceed client expectations upon delivery Have broad market research experience and understanding of different methodologies and approaches and how those relate to specific client business needs Consistently exceed customer expectations and strengthening relationships to support team revenue growth Lead both large-scale and quick-turn projects through collaboration with colleagues Qualifications Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, juggling several projects while collaborating with team members and stakeholders Strong attention to detail Strong collaborator Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Remote friendly workplace - Flexible full-time remote work option as well as hybrid option if near one of our offices Ongoing training and career development Flexible time off policy plus 14 paid company holidays 401k plan with 3% company match Employee Assistance program Annual community service day Closing The Harris Poll is a strategic marketing consultancy that delivers social intelligence for transformational times. Compensation To comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws, we believe the target base compensation, in all locations within the United States, for this role is $70,000- $110,000 USD.
