Company Description

Paavis helps businesses understand and measure the value of customer trust in a clear, actionable way.

By linking trust signals to customer intent, conversion, and revenue, Paavis enables organizations to see how trust directly impacts business outcomes. The company provides leaders with intelligence and tools to build stronger customer relationships and make more informed strategic decisions.

Paavis focuses on turning complex trust data into practical insights that support ethical, sustainable growth.

Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a 6–8 week research project during November and December, requiring a commitment of at least 10 hours per week. The role is hybrid, based in Copenhagen, with the option to complete part of the work from home.

Day-to-day tasks include helping validate the Paavis Trust Score by gathering and organizing data, reviewing trust-related signals, and assisting in testing hypotheses about how trust relates to customer behavior.

Volunteers will support the design and execution of research inspections, document findings, and collaborate with the team to refine measurement methods and interpretation of results.

The role also involves contributing to summaries of research outcomes and suggesting improvements to the trust scoring model.

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct structured research, including finding relevant sources, organizing information, and documenting methods and results clearly.
  • Comfort working with data, such as basic analysis in spreadsheets or simple tools, and interpreting patterns in customer or behavioral data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Interest in topics such as trust, ethics, customer experience, or decision-making in business contexts.
  • Ability to collaborate in a hybrid environment, attend occasional in-person sessions in Copenhagen, and manage time independently for remote work.
  • Attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new methods and tools relevant to research and measurement.
  • Background or studies in fields like business, social sciences, psychology, data science, or related areas are helpful but not required.
