We're looking for a Researcher to join our team and play a key role in collecting, verifying, and refining information about upcoming construction projects. What you'll do As a Researcher, you'll combine research, communication, and analytical thinking to build a clear picture of construction activity in the market. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting telephone interviews with company representatives about upcoming construction projects Building and maintaining your own network of industry contacts Researching additional sources such as company websites, press releases, and industry news Verifying and validating information to ensure data quality and accuracy Transforming findings into clear, concise, and valuable project summaries for our database Producing market intelligence that helps customers identify business opportunities and make informed decisions Please note: This is not a sales role . Your focus will be on gathering and validating information rather than selling products or services.
