Role Description The Reservations Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing the reservations function to ensure an efficient, guest-focused booking experience. In this hybrid position, based in Míkonos with some work-from-home flexibility, the Reservations Manager handles daily reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, confirms bookings, and manages modifications or cancellations. The role includes optimizing room occupancy and revenue through effective inventory and rate management, collaborating with Sales and Front Office teams, and preparing regular reservations reports. The Reservations Manager also supports the development of reservation procedures, trains team members on best practices and systems, and ensures that all interactions reflect Aeonic Suites & Spa’s standards of luxury service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in reservations management, including handling individual and group bookings and using hotel reservation systems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to manage guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue while prioritizing guest needs and satisfaction.
  • Ability to train and guide team members on reservation processes, systems usage, and service standards.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality reservations management, ideally within a luxury or boutique environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Míkonos, with the ability to collaborate effectively both on-site and remotely.
  • Knowledge of hotel revenue concepts and basic reporting; familiarity with property management and channel management systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Greek or other European languages, are beneficial.
  • Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
