Residency Program Coordinator Pediatric Neurology

Schedule: Day Shift l Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p

• Coordinate the end-to-end pediatric neurology residency recruitment process by screening applications, organizing interview days, assisting with rank list development and guiding prospective candidates through onboarding.

• Manage academic and clinical scheduling by coordinating clinical rotations, faculty evaluations, didactic lectures and department committee meetings.

• Maintain comprehensive program accreditation records to ensure strict adherence to ACGME requirements, specialty rotation logs and institutional training standards.

• Execute educational conferences and recruitment events to support resident well-being, facilitate faculty engagement and foster an exceptional learning environment.

Education
