Resident Engineer

Supervise and monitor the work quality, workmanship and work progress on site. Check the site safety measures in compliance with the requirements of supervision plans. Liaison in project interfaces, and coordination with contractors, consultants, public and private stakeholders, including Government departments and utility companies Carry out supervision to check the essential items for specified tasks, including ELS constructions. Coordinate and compile reports on supervision activities including reports on non-conformities, to deal with non-conformities and complaints Check the works in compliance with the approved design, the approved temporary works, method statements, precautionary and protective measures, all statutory requirements and contract specification Review the Contractor’s submissions. Attend the site meetings and project meetings, and Assist and coordinate with the design office for all site works/matters. Verify materials and equipment used on-site match specifications and quality requirements.
