Requirements Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field within the real estate industry. Proficiency in inbound call handling and call routing. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong understanding of property management and real estate operations. Excellent tenant relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
