What You'll Do

As a Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams while managing a portfolio of approximately 100–125 residential rental properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations for assigned properties
• Responding to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
• Managing work orders through AppFolio and ensuring timely completion
• Reviewing and approving maintenance invoices
• Overseeing property turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs
• Processing lease renewals and security deposit reimbursements
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with applicable property requirements and certifications
• Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Your own PC/laptop equipment (Mac is not supported)
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Basic knowledge of residential maintenance concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
