Resourcing Coordinator

Job Description The Role As a Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a key role in attracting, registering and engaging construction professionals. Key Responsibilities Source blue and white-collar construction professionals using multiple recruitment channels. Screen and register new candidates. Coordinate interviews and candidate onboarding. Build and maintain candidate talent pools. Engage with candidates through WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn and social media. Liaise with clients regarding vacancies and candidate availability. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised and proactive. An excellent communicator. Passionate about helping people find employment. Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone and online. Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills. Desirable Experience Previous recruitment, resourcing or administration experience. Experience within construction or engineering recruitment. Knowledge of Right to Work requirements.
