Program Manager Business - Cards

Context

• Major player in the banking & financial services sector (confidential client)
• Program within a Transformation Office, Cards domain
• Duration: 12 months, full-time, start mid-October
• Location: Brussels, with regular travel to Paris
• Hybrid: 50% on-site / 50% remote

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans
• Lead program governance & stakeholder management (incl. external partners)
• Facilitate steering committees and program boards
• Monitor program performance and reporting
• Manage risks and issues
• Oversee capacity planning & resource management
• Ensure program delivery
• Manage budget and business case

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Program/Project Management background (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK)
• Experience bridging Business & IT, ideally in Agile environments
• Knowledge of banking business, ideally Cards domain
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
