As a Field Sales Manager
, you are a key driver of business growth in your region. Reporting to a dynamic team, you are responsible for the brand’s performance at the point of sale. We’re looking for candidates based in Ile de France West including Paris, covering departments: 75/78/92/93/95. The company’s French headquarters is in La Défense, Courbevoie (92).
The impact you’ll make:
• Maximize product visibility, stock levels, and in-store merchandising
• Lead commercial actions to support both sell-in and sell-out
• Train sales teams (retail staff, brand ambassadors)
• Build strong relationships with regional decision-makers
• Gather market insights and contribute to continuous improvement
• Take part in marketing or retail projects aligned with your interests and skills
You will collaborate daily with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of your in-store missions. As part of the sales team, you will benefit from tailored coaching and be involved in strategic projects based on your aspirations and capabilities.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
• Higher education in business or commerce
• Experience in sales and negotiation
• Strong organizational and autonomous working skills
• Initiative and creativity
• Team spirit
• Mandatory driver’s license (B)
• Fluent in French and English
