As a Field Sales Manager , you are a key driver of business growth in your region. Reporting to a dynamic team, you are responsible for the brand’s performance at the point of sale. We’re looking for candidates based in Ile de France West including Paris, covering departments: 75/78/92/93/95. The company’s French headquarters is in La Défense, Courbevoie (92). The impact you’ll make: • Maximize product visibility, stock levels, and in-store merchandising • Lead commercial actions to support both sell-in and sell-out • Train sales teams (retail staff, brand ambassadors) • Build strong relationships with regional decision-makers • Gather market insights and contribute to continuous improvement • Take part in marketing or retail projects aligned with your interests and skills You will collaborate daily with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of your in-store missions. As part of the sales team, you will benefit from tailored coaching and be involved in strategic projects based on your aspirations and capabilities.
